Lower the presser foot lever, and then start k sewing. X A seam allowance is cut while the stitching is sewn. If stitch is sewn, the seam allowance will be about 5 mm (3/16 inch). 3 a a 5 mm (3/16 inch) Note ● The side cutter can cut as much as one layer of 13-oz. denim. ● After using the side cutter, clean it by removing any lint or dust. ● If the side cutter can no longer cut fabric, use a rag to apply a small amount of oil to the cutting edge of the cutter. 85
