Error Message Failed to detect the original (MFC-J870DW and MFC-J875DW) High Temperature Hub is Unusable. Image Too Long (MFC-J870DW and MFC-J875DW) Image Too Small (MFC-J870DW and MFC-J875DW) Cause Action The machine failed to detect the original (disc and photo) when scanning. Do one of the following:  Remove any dirt from the scanner glass.  Before scanning, choose the type of the document (disc or paper).  While scanning, close the scanner cover.  Place only one sheet on the scanner glass.  Make sure the document is placed correctly on the scanner glass. The room temperature is too high. After cooling the room, allow the machine to cool down to room temperature. Try again later. A hub or USB Flash drive with hub has been connected to the USB direct interface. Hubs, including a USB Flash drive that have a hub built in, are not supported. Unplug the device from the USB direct interface. The proportions of your photo are irregular so effects could not be added. Choose a regularly proportioned image.
