Creating the Settings File Wireless LAN Settings 1 Basic Settings [SSID] Enter the SSID (or ESS-ID) that has been set for the wireless LAN access point or wireless LAN adapter. If the wireless LAN access point is set to ANY connection, set the SSID for the wireless LAN access point. [Search] button If your personal computer is connected to a wireless LAN access point or a wireless LAN adapter, clicking on the [Search] button will search for a nearby wireless LAN terminal by using the personal computer's wireless LAN environment, and the terminal's SSID will be displayed. When the displayed SSID is selected, the SSID connection method and channel setting are done automatically so that a connection to the wireless LAN terminal can be made. 15

Creating the Settings File

Enter the SSID (or ESS-ID) that has been set for the wireless LAN access point or
wireless LAN adapter. If the wireless LAN access point is set to ANY connection, set
