Setting the White Balance [Q] Auto White Balance With [Q] (Ambience priority), you can slightly increase the intensity of the image's warm color cast when shooting a tungsten-light scene. If you select [Qw] (White priority), you can reduce the intensity of the image's warm color cast. If you want to match the Auto white balance of previous EOS DIGITAL camera models, select [Q] (Ambience priority). 1 Select [z: White balance]. 2 Select [Q]. zz With [Q] selected, press the button. 3 Select an item. Cautions for Setting [Qw] (White priority) ooThe warm color cast of subjects may fade. ooWhen multiple light sources are included in the scene, the warm color cast of the picture may not be reduced. ooWhen using flash, the color tone will be the same as with [Q] (Ambience priority). 142
