Canon USB Video Driver The Canon camcorder is connected to the computer via USB cable, but is not recognized by the computer. Î Check if the camcorder is set to NETWORK mode. Î Check if the USB cable is correctly connected. Î The driver is not correctly installed. Uninstall ( 71) and reinstall ( 19) the driver. Cannot find the driver files. Î The driver files were not correctly installed to the computer. Insert the CD- ROM and reinstall the files to the computer. Cannot capture movies from the tape to the computer. Î Your camcorder does not support the movie capture/record function using a USB cable. Refer to Camcorder Categories ( 13) and Available Functions and Drivers by Categories ( 13). Î Check if the camcorder is correctly connected to the computer using a USB cable. Î The camcorder is connected to a USB 1.1 port. Connect the camcorder to a computer with Hi-Speed USB 2.0. The Canon camcorder is connected to the computer via USB cable, but

Check if the camcorder is set to NETWORK mode.
Check if the USB cable is correctly connected.
