6 Use the W or X button to select [Overwrite] or [New File] and press the SET button. Overwrite: Saves the edited movie with its original name. The pre-edit data is lost. New File: Saves the edited movie under a new file name. The pre-edit data is left unchanged. Cancel: Reverts to the screen in Step 3 without saving. When there is not enough space left on the memory card, only the overwrite function is available. If this happens, S appears on the counter of the movie editing bar. z Movies recorded at 240 × 480 or 320 × 240 pixels (30 f/s) and with the video signal set to the PAL format may play back with a frame rate lower than the recorded rate when output to a TV or video. You can play every frame by using the slow motion playback. To check the images at the original frame rate, you are recommended to play the movie back on the camera's LCD monitor or on a computer. z Movies shot with other cameras may not play back on this camera.
