Installing a Half-Height Device To install a half-height removable media device into the removable media bay area follow the steps below. 1. Remove the desired removable media tray in either bay area A or B. See the procedure directly above and follow steps 1 through 6. 2. Replace the 1.44-MB diskette drive (floppy drive).

Replace the server cover.
