SCSI devices can be installed in drive bays A or B or attached to the external Wide-Ultra SCSI-3 port via an external storage system. Drive bays A and B are 5.25-inch wide x 1.6-inch height drive bays (removable media areas). CAUTION: The ProLiant 1850R server does not support the installation of IDE or EIDE fixed disk drives. Installing ProLiant 1850R Mass Storage
Devices
