To access the Internet Connection wizard and instructions for using the wizard: 1. Select Start > Help and Support. 2. In the Search text field, type Make an Internet connection. 3. Then select Search. It is recommended that you select the check box provided within the wizard to enable the Windows Firewall. Using the Internet Connection Wizard
You can use the Windows Internet Connection wizard to connect
to the Internet

If you already have an account with an ISP.
