xStack® DES-3500 Series Layer 2 Stackable Fast Ethernet Managed Switch User Manual Speed Displays the connection speed between the CS and the MS or CaS. The CS will not display an entry in this field. Remote Port Displays the number of the physical port on the MS or CaS that the CS is connected to. The CS will have no entry in this field. The CS will not display an entry in this field. MAC Address Displays the MAC Address of the corresponding Switch. Model Name Displays the full Model Name of the corresponding Switch. To view the Topology Map, click the View menu in the toolbar and then Topology, which will produce the following window. The Topology View will refresh itself periodically (20 seconds by default). Figure 10- 5. Topology view This window will display how the devices within the Single IP Management Group are connected to other groups and devices.
