Warranty terms for D-LINK xStack® products: All D-Link xStack® products* are supplied with a 5 year warranty as standard. To enable the Limited Lifetime Warranty on this product you must register the product, within the first three months of purchase**, on the following website: http://www.dlink.biz/productregistration/ D-Link will then provide you with a Limited Lifetime Warranty reference number for this product. Please retain your original dated proof of purchase with a note of the serial number, and Limited Lifetime Warranty reference number together with this warranty statement and place each document in a safe location. When you make a warranty claim on a defective product, you may be asked to provide this information. Nothing in this Limited Lifetime Warranty affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The following are special terms applicable to your Limited Lifetime hardware warranty. Warranty beneficiary The warranty beneficiary is the original end user. The original end user is defined as the person that purchases the product as the first owner. Duration of Limited Lifetime Warranty As long as the original end-user continues to own or use the product with the following conditions: - fan and power supplies are limited to a five (5) year warranty only - in the event of discontinuance of product manufacture, D-Link warranty support is limited to five (5) years from the announcement of discontinuance. If a product is no longer available for replacement, D-Link will issue a product comparable or better to the one originally purchased. Replacement, Repair or Refund Procedure for Hardware D-Link or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within ten (10) working days after receipt of the RMA request. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customer location. D-Link reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.
