3. Close the rear cover. 4. Grab the feeder cover on the back of the printer and pull down. 5. Remove any accessible print media. 6. Close the cover. Removing Print Jams From the Optional Duplex Module NOTE: To resolve the message displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path. 1. Grab the duplex cover and pull down. 2. Remove any accessible print media. The accessible portion of the print media determines how it should be removed. If only a small portion of the print media is accessible, do not remove the print media. Go to step 3.

To resolve the message displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path.
