12.00* Font size refers to the height of the characters in the font. One point equals approximately 1/72 of an inch. NOTE: The Font Size menu is only displayed for typographic fonts. See also: "Pitch and Point Size" Font Pitch Purpose: To specify the font pitch for scalable monospaced fonts. Values: 6.00 - 24.00 The values are in steps of 0.01. 10.00* Font pitch refers to the number of fixed-space characters in a horizontal inch of type. For nonscalable monospaced fonts, the pitch is displayed, but cannot be changed. NOTE: The Font Pitch menu is only displayed for fixed, or monospaced, fonts. Values: 5 - 128 The values are in steps of 1. 64* The printer sets the amount of space between each line (vertical line spacing) based on the Form Line and Orientation menu items.
