Removing Print Jams From the Print Media Source NOTE: To resolve the message displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path. 1. Pull the tray halfway out. 2. Remove the print media depending on how it has jammed. l If print media is located on a tilted surface or a wall at the front of the tray, pull the print media straight out. l If the print media is in the pass-through area across two trays, pull the print media straight up and out.

Remove the print media depending on how it has jammed.

NOTE:
To resolve the message displayed on the operator panel, you must clear all print media from the print media path.
