Chapter 3 Removal and Replacement Procedures (RRPs) RRP2.1 SEPARATOR ROLLER. (PL2.1.13), SEPARATOR ROLLER CLUTCH (PL2.1.14) [Removal] 1) Pull out 500 SHEET PAPER TRAY from the printer. 2) Remove the RETARD ASSY. (RRP2.2) 3) Remove the hook which fixes SHAFT ASSY RETARD to HOLDER RETARD, and remove SEPARATOR ROLLER and SEPARATOR ROLLER CLUTCH. 4) Pull out the SEPARATOR ROLLER and SEPARATOR ROLLER CLUTCH from the SHAFT RETARD and remove. [Replacement] 1) Insert the SEPARATOR ROLLER CLUTCH into the SHAFT RETARD. 2) Insert the SEPARATOR ROLLER into the SHAFT ASSY RETARD to engage with the SEPARATOR ROLLER CLUTCH. 3) Attach the SHAFT ASSY RETARD together with the SEPARATOR ROLLER and the SEPARATOR ROLLER CLUTCH to the HOLDER RETARD, fix them using the hook. 4) Attach the RETARD ASSY. (RRP2.2) 5) Insert 500 SHEET PAPER TRAY into the printer. 3 - 43
