Defining SNTP Interface Settings Using CLI Commands The following table summarizes the equivalent CLI commands for setting fields displayed in the SNTP Broadcast Interface Table. NOTE: When defining Anycast or Broadcast interfaces, at least one IP address must be defined. Table 6-8. SNTP interface Settings CLI Commands CLI Command sntp client enable show sntp configuration Description Enables the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) broadcast and anycast client on an interface. Displays the SNTP configuration. The following is an example of the CLI commands for configuring SNTP interfaces: Console (config)# interface ethernet g1 Console (config-if)# sntp client enable Console (config-if)# end Console# show sntp configuration Polling interval: 7200 seconds. MD5 Authentication keys: 8, 9 Authentication is required for synchronization. Trusted Keys: 8,9 Unicast Clients Polling: Enabled.
