General settings Silent mode Vibrate Volume Silence all sounds except media and alarms. Set the device to vibrate under the selected configuration. • Ringtone: Adjust ringer volume for incoming calls and notifications. • Media: Adjust volume for music and video playback. • Alarm: Adjust volume for alarm ringtone. 1 To adjust volume, drag the sliders horizontally or touch the desired portion of them to increase or decrease volume. 2 If you want to set a different volume for notifications, touch Use incoming call volume for notifications to clear its check box. Then adjust the Notification volume in the same way. 3 Touch OK to confirm adjustment. Incoming calls settings Phone ringtone Select a desired ringtone for incoming calls. Notifications settings Notification ringtone Notification sound Select a desired ringtone for notifications. Select this item to enable notification sound. Feedback settings Audible touch tones Audible selection Screen lock sounds Haptic feedback You can hear a tone as you dial using the onscreen dial pad. You can hear a tone as you touch the screen to select items. You can hear a tone when the screen is locked and unlocked.
