Install a valid SIM card in your device. Poor signal. Move to an open space, or if you are inside a building, move closer to a window. Your device is in Airplane mode with no wireless connectivity. Touch the status area on the status bar and clear the Airplane mode check box. You have enabled the Call barring feature. Touch the Home button →Menu button → Settings→Call settings→Call barring→Deactivate all. You have enabled Fixed Dialing Numbers. Touch the Home button →Menu button → Settings→Call settings→ Fixed Dialing Numbers. Disable Fixed Dialing Numbers (FDN). Poor signal. Move to an open space, or if you are inside a building, move closer to a window. Your device is in Airplane mode with no wireless connectivity.
