IF USING AC POWER, YOUR BRIGHTNESS SETTING IS SET TO ITS HIGHEST LEVEL BY DEFAULT. IF USING BATTERY POWER, YOUR BRIGHTNESS SETTINGS IS SET TO APPROXIMATELY MID-LEVEL BY DEFAULT. THE HIGHER THE BRIGHTNESS LEVEL, THE MORE POWER THE TABLET PC WILL CONSUME AND THE FASTER YOUR BATTERIES WILL DISCHARGE. FOR MAXIMUM BATTERY LIFE, MAKE SURE THAT THE BRIGHTNESS IS SET AS LOW AS POSSIBLE. Changing Touch Settings (Windows Vista only) Touch settings can be optimized to increase the size of certain items in the Windows user interface such as Start menu items, scroll bars, title bars and taskbars, icons and buttons. These settings apply only to Windows Vista. In order to optimize the settings, follow the steps below; 1 Launch Touch Settings: Click [Start] --> All Programs --> Microsoft Origami Experience Pack --> Touch Settings. 2 Select Optimize touch settings and click the [OK] button. 3 Touch settings will be optimized after logging off and logging in again. Using the Fujitsu Zoom Utility Your computer has a handy Fujitsu Zoom utility that lets you magnify portions of the screen or all of the screen. The Fujitsu Zoom utility has a magnifying glass icon in the Windows notification area of the Windows taskbar. You can zoom in (magnify) or zoom out (1280 x 800 resolution) by double-clicking on the icon and selecting the desired action, then using the Window key + "a" (default). Changing Touch Settings
