2. On the next screen, you should provide the backup file name and location. If you select the Custom location, you will be able to select any folder on your device. Tap "Next" to proceed. 3. On the final screen, make sure all the specified preferences are correct, and tap "Next" to start the process or "Back" to return to customizing the backup preferences. On this screen, you are also shown the estimated backup file size, and the available storage space. If you don't have enough space on your device, you will be notified. Custom Backup 1. On the initial screen select Custom Backup. Tap "Next" to proceed. 2. At the next step you are asked to select what particular item categories you would like to include in the backup copy. To select a category, select the check box in front of it. For some categories you can also customize their contents by selecting them, and tapping on the Options button. Tap "Next" to continue. 3. On the next screen, you should provide the backup file name, and location. If you select the Custom location, you will be able to select any folder on your device. Tap "Next" to proceed. 4. Provide the password, and confirm it if you wish to encrypt your data using the AES algorithm (Rijndael). This password will be asked for further backup copy restoration. If you choose to compress your data, Spb Backup will use Zip archiving to reduce the backup file size (it will be approximately half as small compared to the uncompressed one). The file size is dependant on the real device storage space used. 5. On the final screen, make sure all the specified preferences are correct, and tap "Next" to start the process or "Back" to return to customizing the backup preferences. On the initial screen, select Scheduled Backup. Tap "Next" to proceed. 2. In this dialog, you can customize the scheduled backup options. a. Enable scheduled backup: If you select this checkbox, you will allow the program to create backup copies automatically in accordance with options you customize here. b. Days of week: Select days of week, when the backup copies will be created automatically. Select all days for daily schedule. c. Time: Provide the time of backup copy creation. d. Automatically reset after backup/Turn off device after reboot: If you keep this option selected, the device will be turned off after any reboot caused by backup in unattended mode. e. Backup only on AC power: If you select this option, the backup copy will be created only if your device is connected to the external power. When selected, tap "Next". 3. In this dialog, specify the scheduled backup file location. Also, customize if you want to keep previously created backup copies and, if yes, how many. To continue, tap "Next". 4.
