If you have subscribed to a Caller Identification service, the Call Notification dialog box may display the: • caller's number • caller's name If no caller information is displayed in the Call Notification dialog box, you can click the Listen button to listen to the message while the message is being recorded. Once you know who is calling, you can either: • Answer the call by putting on your headset and clicking the Accept button, or by pressing the phone icon on your keyboard. • Close the Call Notification dialog box and continue recording the message by clicking the Reject button, and then listen to the message later. Click the Dial button.
