If you want to preview the scan or change the scan options, do the following: ● To preview the scan, touch the Preview icon to the left of the Send button. ● For additional scan options, touch the drop-down list at the top of the Scan to Email window. 9. Touch Send to scan the document and send the email. Scan to a network folder Use the printer control panel to scan a document and save it to a folder on the network. In order to use this feature, the printer must be connected to a network and the Scan to Network Folder feature must be configured by using the software install process or the HP Embedded Web Server. 1. Load the document on the scanner glass or into the document feeder according to the indicators on the printer. 2. From the home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Scan icon, and then touch Network Folder. 3. Touch the Destination Folder Path field to directly type in a network folder location, or touch the Address Book icon to the right of the field to select a network path from the address book. 4. Touch the File Name field and type in the file name using the onscreen keypad. 5. Set the other file options such as Original Sides and File Type by touching each drop-down list. 6. To preview the scan, touch the Preview icon to the left of the Send button. 7. Touch Send to scan the document and save it to the selected network location. Scan to SharePoint Use the printer control panel to scan a document directly to a SharePoint site. NOTE: Scan to SharePoint is not supported with SharePoint 365. In order to use this feature, the printer must be connected to a network and at least one Scan to SharePoint Quick Set must be set up using the HP Embedded Web Server. 1. To preview the scan, touch the Preview icon to the left of the
Send
button.
For additional scan options, touch the drop-down list at the top of the Scan to Email window.

Scan to a network folder
