verify the printer connection To verify the printer is successfully communicating with the computer: 1. Set the new HCRP-enabled printer as your default printer. When you choose the Print command in many Windows-based programs, the default printer is used unless you specify otherwise. To set your default printer, do the following: a. Click Start > Printers and Faxes. b. Right-click the icon for the printer you want to use as the default printer, and then click Set As Default Printer. c. verify the printer connection
