c. Select ink file with P/N Y8M49A and touch Next. d. Proceed with the subsequent steps in the wizard. 6. Use the silver calibration cartridge for calibrating the density. ● Density value: 1.7 ● Conductivity: 50 phmo NOTE: Do not add conductivity manually when building the Silver ink solution. Calibrate the conductivity to 50 phmo. There is no need to measure with an external measuring device. It is recommended not to use a new imaging oil canister. IMPORTANT: When calibrating the Silver ElectroInk using a calibration cartridge, it is very important to check that the ink cartridge is completely empty and that all the ink was compressed into the ink tank. If you find that the ink cartridge still contains ink (an empty cartridge weights ~250 g), manually empty the cartridge using the Print Care (CE level) > Element Activation. Only then, use the Ink Density Calibration Wizard and set the value to 1.7. 7. Perform the relevant BID Ink Flow Calibration, via Print Care Center > Maintenance > Component Calibrations > Ink System > BID Ink Flow Calibrations. 8. Run BID Engage wizard, from Main Menu > Ink and BID > BID > Full BID Engage. 10 Chapter 3 Installing HP Indigo ElectroInk Silver
