7 Troubleshooting Troubleshoot the HP Indigo ElectroInk Silver on the HP Indigo press. Table 7-1 Troubleshooting Symptom / Issue Solution Build ink: Density calibration failure 1. Verify TIC (Tank Ink Controller) is clean (lenses area). 2. Replace TIC. 3. Dilute 200 ml (not more!) and add 200 ml of imaging oil. 4. Calibrate density. Build ink: conductivity calibration failure 5. Repeat dilution until density calibration passes. 1. Set 1.7 in Manual Density Calibration wizard. 2.
