i. Place the piston spacer (shim) onto the air shaft and reinstall the rubber seal: 1 Rubber seal 2 Piston spacer (shim) (P/N CA341-86500) 2. Reinstall the ink cartridge assembly into the ink cabinet: IMPORTANT: When reinstalling, make sure that all the connections are secure. a. Return the air shaft into the ink cartridge holder and reinstall and tighten the 4 Allen (3 mm) screws that you removed in step 1f above. b. Return the ink cartridge assembly into the ink cabinet. c. Reconnect the LIC pump hose to the ink cartridge holder (refer to step 1d above). d. Reconnect the cartridge holder Molex connector to the ink cabinet (refer to step 1c above). e. Reconnect the ink cartridge assembly air connection pipe to the cartridge air shaft (refer to step 1b above). f. Reconnect the ink cartridge assembly air connection pipe to the cartridge air shaft (refer to

Reconnect the 3 Allen screws that attach the cartridge holder to the ink cabinet (refer to step
1a above).
