5. Free the processor from the system board by rotating the processor socket lever arm upward to its maximum vertical position. 6. Lift the processor up and out of the computer. 7. To install a processor, reverse the previous steps. Note: When reconnecting the fan sink cable to the system board, be sure to connect the cable to the connector marked ″CPU fan″. To remove the hot-swap hard disk drive, complete the following steps: 1. Turn off the server, if it is on. 2. Unplug the server. 3. Remove the front bezel. See "Removing the front bezel" on page 68. 4. Remove the side cover. See "Removing the side cover" on page 40. 5. Remove the support-bracket assembly. See "Removing the side cover" on page 40. 6. Remove any hard disk drives or drive fillers from the drives. 7. Disconnect the hard disk drive cables that connect to the system board. 8. Remove the screws from the front of the hard disk drive cage. 9. Move the cage slightly in and up until it is free of the chassis and lift it out of the server. the
cage
slightly
in
and
up
until
it
is
free
of
the
chassis
and
lift
it
out
of
the
server.
