Using SOL Note: Do not use Planar Ethernet for PXE/DHCP booting or installation. When this network interface attempts to boot through PXE or DHCP, the network interface is reset, causing the current SOL session to be dropped and have a new status of Not Ready. f. Select Startup Options; then, set Planar Ethernet PXE/DHCP to Disabled. g. Press Esc to exit the Startup Options section of the Configuration/Setup Utility program. h. Select Save Settings; then, press Enter. i. Press Enter to confirm. j. Select Exit Setup; then, press Enter. k. Make sure that Yes, exit the Setup Utility is selected; then, press Enter. Note: There is a time limit for entering an escape-key sequence. If an escape-key sequence does not appear to work, it might be because the time limit for entering the key sequence has expired.
