26. Wrap the Lat Cable (97) around a 3 1/2" Pulley (30). Attach the Pulley and two 5/8" x 9/16" Bushings (39) inside the Top Frame (76) with a 3/8" x 3" Bolt (11), two 3/8" Washers (5), and a 3/8" Nylon Locknut (1). Be sure that the Pulley and the Bushings are oriented as shown in the inset drawing. Attach the Pulley and two 5/8" x 9/16" Bushings (39) inside the Top Frame with a 3/8" x 3" Bolt (11), two 3/8" Washers (5), and a 3/8" Nylon Locknut (1).
