Turning the Phone On and Off
Before you can start using your phone, you need to enable it. You can
use Wireless Center to enable and disable your phone, as well
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi communications.
To turn on the phone using Wireless Center:

Tap
Start > Settings > Connections > Wireless Center
.

Phone
.
Making a Phone Call
After you activate your phone, you are ready to start making phone
calls.
To make a phone call:

Tap the green phone key.
Or, tap
Start > Phone
.

Tap the keys to enter the telephone number you want to call.

button.
