Control panel/touch panel 2 Icon Description Indicates that very little paper remains in the paper tray. Indicates that Enhanced Security mode is set to ON. Indicates that an external memory is installed. 2.2.2 Display and operation of the left panel In the left panel of the touch panel, job status and settings can be displayed using the keys. The followings are the keys appear in the left panal in User Box mode. 1 2 3 No. Part Name 1 [Job List] 2 [Check Job] 3 [Preview] Description Jobs that are being processed and the job history can be checked. Information on the selected user box, scan, printing and transmission settings of documents can be checked. Saved document image can be previewed.
