Use Document 6 6.3.3 Finishing ! Detail The feeding method when a finisher is installed can be changed from Administrator Setting. For details on the offset function, refer to the User's Guide [Copy Operations]. The [Replace Staples] key is available only if optional Finisher FS-522 is installed. Sort/Group Selecting "Sort" feeds out the document by copies. Selecting "Group" feeds out the document by pages. Offset Specifies offset to separate the copies or pages of the document. If a finisher is installed, the printed pages are fed out with each copy shifted to separate it. If no finisher is installed, the printed pages are fed out sorted in an alternating crisscross pattern. Staple The display is made when the finisher is installed optionally. Selects one of these settings to bind copies with a staple in the corner or with two staples. Staple - Position Setting When you select a staple type, you can specify the position. Detail
The feeding method when a finisher is installed can be changed from Administrator Setting. For details

Sort/Group
Selecting "Sort" feeds out the document by copies.
Selecting "Group" feeds out the document by pages.
Offset
Specifies offset to separate the copies or pages of the document. If a finisher is installed, the printed pages
are fed out with each copy shifted to separate it.
If no finisher is installed, the printed pages are fed out sorted in an alternating crisscross pattern.
Staple
