The items you can check are described below. Toner Status The amount of toner remaining is shown in levels. And you can check the status of waste toner box. Paper Status You can check the size, orientation, type, and remaining amount of paper in each paper source. The amount of paper remaining is shown in levels. Staple Can be used to check whether or not there are staples. 7-12
