Introduction 1 This hardware installation guide is for the NETGEAR GS418TPP ProSAFE® 16-Port Gigabit Smart Managed Switch with PoE+ and 2 SFP Ports. The switch is specifically designed to "put your ports where you want them" to power your IP security cameras, WiFi access points, or VoIP phones with PoE+ (802.3at) up to 30W per port. The switch can provide a total power budget of 240W across all active PoE+ ports. The GS418TPP provides sixteen 1-Gigabit RJ-45 copper PoE+ ports with 2 dedicated SFP fiber ports in a unique form factor that can be mounted on a wall, a rectangular pole, or desktop.
