Trek N300 Travel Router and Range Extender PR2000 through software. WPA2-PSK uses a passphrase to authenticate and generate the initial data encryption keys. Then it dynamically varies the encryption key. WPS-PSK + WPA2-PSK mixed mode can provide broader support for all wireless clients. WPA2-PSK clients get higher speed and security, and WPA-PSK clients get decent speed and security. For help with WPA settings on your wireless computer or device, see the instructions that came with your product.  To change the WPA settings: 1. Launch your browser from a computer or wireless device that is connected to the Trek. 2. Enter www.routerlogin.net or www.routerlogin.com in the web browser address bar. The login screen displays. 3. Enter the Trek user name and password. The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive. 4. Click the OK button. The BASIC Home screen displays. 5. Select BASIC > Wireless. 6. Under Security Options, select the WPA option that you want. WPA2-PSK clients get higher speed and security, and WPA-PSK clients get decent speed
and security. For help with WPA settings on your wireless computer or device, see the
instructions that came with your product.
To change the WPA settings:
1.
Launch your browser from a computer or wireless device that is connected to the Trek.
2.
Enter
www.routerlogin.net
or
www.routerlogin.com
in the web browser address bar.
The login screen displays.
3.
Enter the Trek user name and password.
The user name is
admin
. The default password is
password
. The user name and
password are case-sensitive.
4.
Click the
OK
button.
The BASIC Home screen displays.
5.
Select
BASIC > Wireless
.
6.
Under Security Options, select the WPA option that you want.
