The Information Panel Orientation Dimensions/File Size Image Enhancement Scanner Extras Shows the orientation of the preview image relative to the original, reflecting any flips or rotations that have been performed. 44 Gives the height and width of the current crop in pixels, and the size of the file that will result if the crop is scanned at current output size and resolution. 46 Indicates whether Digital ICE3 and analog gain are in effect. Remember to use Digital ICE3 only when needed, as turning these features on can substantially increase scanning times. 51 Indicates the current bit depth (which determines the maximum number of colors in the image) and whether multi-sample scanning (4000 ED and LS-2000 only) is in effect. 57 Color Values Gives the color values for the pixel under the cursor. Color Values
Shows the orientation of the pre-
view image relative to the original,
reflecting any flips or rotations that
have been performed.
Gives the height and width of the
current crop in pixels, and the size of
the file that will result if the crop is
scanned at current output size and
resolution.
Indicates whether Digital ICE
3
and
analog gain are in effect.
Remember
to use Digital ICE
3
only when needed,
as turning these features on can sub-
stantially increase scanning times.
Indicates the current bit depth (which
