Introduction Base unit status indicators On different occasions you may notice that the status indicators on the base unit are flashing. You may find the following flash patterns helpful to you: Status indicators Indicator type LOCATOR WIRELESS Indicator color Green Green Indicator pattern On Flashing On Flashing LAN Green On Flashing OFF - WAN Green On Flashing Status The base unit is locating the handset. The base unit is registering the handset. The wireless LAN of the base unit is available. A wireless data transfer is in progress. A connection to LAN has been established. A data transfer is in progress on the LAN side. The Ethernet cable is not connected to the LAN port on the rear of the base unit. An Internet connection has been established (IP address obtained).
