Either delete unnecessary documents, retransmit after more memory becomes available, or split the transmission into more than one operation. The remote fax machine has not answered after several redial attempts. Try again. Make sure the remote machine is operational. The remote fax machine you want to poll is not ready to respond to your poll. Or, when setting up to poll another fax machine, you have used an incorrect poll code. The remote operator should know in advance that you are polling and have the fax machine loaded with the original document. Enter the correct poll code. The drum cartridge is not installed. Install the drum cartridge. The paper in the paper Tray has run out. Load paper in the paper Tray. Paper is overstacked in the output bin. Remove paper. Paper has jammed in the paper feeding area of the Tray. Clear the jam. See page 8.4. Paper has jammed in the fuser area. Clear the jam. See page 8.6. Paper has jammed in the paper exit area. Clear the jam. See page 8.7. The machine is waiting for a specified time interval to redial a previously busy station. You can press Mode/Enter to immediately redial, or Stop/ Clear to cancel the redial operation. The scan module is locked. Unlock the scanner (see page 1.2) and press Stop/Clear. 8.12 TROUBLESHOOTING

The memory is full.
Either delete unnecessary

The remote fax machine
has not answered after
