Symptom You cannot turn on the camera during USB connection. The image cannot be played back on a computer. The image is interrupted by noise when you view a movie on a computer. You cannot print an image. An error message appears when you set the supplied CD-ROM in your computer. Cause • The camera and your computer are connected through a hub.
