You are using the rechargeable batteries in an environment with a temperature of under 5 °C (41 ºF). Battery life becomes shorter as a result of the battery characteristics. This is not a malfunction. The rechargeable batteries have deteriorated. The rechargeable batteries can be charged about 1,000 times (this depends on the environment where the IC recorder is used). If the length of time that the IC recorder can be used approximates only half of the normal time, even after the rechargeable batteries are fully charged, replace the batteries with new ones.
