Gain You can adjust the gain manually when you do not want to use the AGC (automatic gain control).  Auto Adjusts automatically. Manual Adjusts gain value (0 dB~30 dB) manually.  Notes  Noise increases at higher gain values. ISO Sets the luminous sensitivity for recording still images.  Auto Your camcorder sets the appropriate ISO sensitivity according to the ambient light.
