3.2 Remotely manage your EAPs using the Omada App Cloud Access function on Omada app is designed for accessing the controller via Omada Cloud service. Thus, you can configure your controller and manage EAPs at any time, from anywhere. Refer to the topology below, make sure that the following requirements have been met: ■■ Both your Controller Host and mobile device have internet access. ■■ The version of the Omada Controller is 3.0.2 or above. ■■ A compatible iOS or Android device with Omada app. ■■ Cloud Access is enabled on the controller. The controller has been bound with a TP-Link ID. For more details about the Cloud Access on the controller, refer to the Omada Cloud Service.
