Wash drip tray(s) in warm soapy water or place in dishwasher. Wipe griddle or grill surface with warm soapy water then rinse with warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. • If food particles stick to the grill or griddle plate, remove with a mild abrasive cleaner such as Soft Scrub®. • The 24" griddle is heavy. To clean, wipe with a soapy cloth. Rinse with clear water and dry with a soft cloth. The two grease trays may be washed in the dishwasher after the grease is removed. • Never flood a hot griddle or grill with cold water. This can warp or crack the aluminum plate. • Do not clean any part of the grill or griddle in a selfcleaning oven. • Due to the weight of the 24" griddle, do not remove. 35
