Demo Song Playback Once you've set up your PSR-540, try listening to the pre-programmed demonstration songs. A total of 5 demo songs are provided. 1 Turn the power ON by pressing the [STANDBY/ON] switch. When you are not using the PSR-540 for a long time, make sure you unplug the AC power adaptor from the wall AC outlet, and/or remove the batteries from the instrument. • If you play the PSR-540 with the volume at its maximum level when the batteries are used, the life of the batteries will be shorter.
