• Do not place the product in a location where it may come into contact with corrosive gases or salt air. Doing so may result in malfunction. • Before moving the product, remove all connected cables. • Always consult qualified Yamaha service personnel if the product installation requires construction work, and make sure to observe the following precautions. - Choose mounting hardware and an installation location that can support the weight of the product. - Avoid locations that are exposed to constant vibration. - Use the required tools to install the product. - Inspect the product periodically. Backup battery • Do not replace the backup battery by yourself. Doing so may cause an explosion and/or damage to the product(s). When the backup battery needs to be replaced, contact your Yamaha dealer and have qualified Yamaha service personnel replace the backup battery. Yamaha cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use or modifications to the product, or data that is lost or destroyed. Maintenance • Remove the power plug from the AC outlet when cleaning the product. Handling caution • Do not insert your fingers or hands in any gaps or openings on the product (vents, ports, panel, etc.). • Do not rest your weight on the product or place heavy objects on it. • Do not look into the optical emitter when a separately sold SFP module (SFP-SWRGLX, SFP-SWRG-SX) is installed. The separately sold SFP modules are class 1 laser devices. They may emit laser beams invisible to the eye.
