Using your machine with a Macintosh® Drag a vCard from the Mac OS® X Address Book application You can address the fax number using a vCard (an electronic business card) from Mac OS® application to the destination fax number field. 1 Click Address Book button. 7 2 Drag a vCard from the Mac OS® X Address Book application to the Destination Fax Numbers field. When you are finished addressing your fax, click Print. Note ■ The vCard used must contain a work fax or home fax number. ■ When you choose work fax or home fax from the Stored Fax Numbers pull-down list, only the fax number stored in the Mac OS® X Address Book for the selected category will be used. If the fax number is stored in only one of the Mac OS® X Address Book categories, the number will be retrieved no matter which category you have selected (work or home). 7 - 11
