Paper is jammed inside the fax machine. 1 Open the control panel cover by lifting it toward you, and then lift the top cover toward the back. 2 Remove the jammed paper. Note If the jammed paper is under the Print Head, unplug the fax machine, and then you can move the Print Head to remove the paper. 3 Close the control panel cover and top cover.
