PhotoCapture Center™: Printing photos from a memory card or USB Flash memory drive Scan to a memory card or USB Flash memory drive 8 Glass Scan Size 8 To scan a Legal, Ledger, A3 or A4 size document, you need to change the Glass Scan Size setting. The default setting is Letter. a Press (SCAN). b Press to Media. c Press d or c to display Glass Scan Size. d Press Glass Scan Size. e Press Letter, Legal, Ledger, A3 or A4. Note • You can save the setting you use most often by setting it as the default. (See Setting your changes as the new default on page 62.) • This setting is only available for scanning documents from the scanner glass. Auto Crop 8 You can scan multiple documents placed on the scanner glass. An individual document can be previewed on the LCD before you save it. When you choose Auto Crop, the machine will scan each document and create separate files. For example, if you place three documents on the scanner glass, the machine will scan and create three separate files. If you want to create a three-page file, choose PDF or TIFF for File Type.
