Also, you can search the phone book for the number you want to dial. 8 8 Wireless Status A four-level indicator shows the current wireless signal strength if you are using a wireless connection. 0 9 Call History Max Lets you view a list of outgoing calls and the Caller ID history. Also, lets you fax the number you have chosen from the lists. 10 New Fax When Fax Preview is set to On, you can see how many new faxes you have received. The warning icon appears when there is an error or maintenance message. For details, see Error and Maintenance messages on page 71. Note If you receive a fax containing multiple paper sizes (for example, a Letter size page and a Ledger size page), the machine may create and store a file for each paper size. The LCD may show that more than one fax job has been received.
