Sharing the Printer When Using QuickDraw GX This section explains how to set up the print server and clients to use the BJC-4550 on a network when using QuickDraw GX as well as how to check and change the print status. Setting Up the Print Server and the Client In order to share the BJC-4550, you must first set up a Macintosh that is directly connected to the printer as a print server. You can then set up one or more Macintosh computers as clients which are on the same network as the print server. Sharing the Printer When Using
QuickDraw GX
This section explains how to set up the print server and clients to use
the BJC-4550 on a network when using QuickDraw GX as well as how
to check and change the print status.
Setting Up the Print Server and the Client
In order to share the BJC-4550, you must first set up a Macintosh that
is directly connected to the printer as a print server. You can then set
up one or more Macintosh computers as clients which are on the same
network as the print server.
